New book on Dutch Administrative law

When you want a residence permit, build a house or dispute the taxes you are ordered to pay it is regarded all as Administrative Law here in The Netherlands.

Boom Juridisch published a new book on Administrative Law (bestuursrecht) and to be able to read it you have to understand Dutch.

But when you do it is a great introduction in this area of the legal field. Text is combined with examples and jurisprudence with keywords in the margins. And unlike other tomes on the subject it does not double as a sleeping pill.

I can recommend it as a tool to teach in university or college but it is also a handy book for people who work as lawyers, civil servants or judges.
